Here's some unrepresented games in the alts, the trainers from B2W2 and SM. Also not an unpopular opinion at all but man the female designs have been so superior these last gens especially (except Hilbert bless Hilbert).

Pokémon Trainer in Smash Ultimate has some cool alts due to Red representing the even gen male trainers and Leaf the uneven gen female ones. But what if it would've been the other way around (plus SwSh trainers cuz Wynaut)?

Spysat's obviously based on an artificial satellite. The plot-twist is that it became sentient after being struck by an asteroid with radiation, now it's apparently leaking info to other worlds. This one was designed by my brother too and I love it.

With a Ground/Psychic combination, Cleogata was supposed to be the deity of the region's desert. In canon, the people of the region built sphinxes and pyramids to revere it and keep the sandstorms away.

This one was designed by my little brother and it's one of my favorites. It's Water/Dark and looks like a mix of concepts, mainly a moray eel with corals as its mane. The idea is that It disguises itself as vegetation to surprise its preys.
