The fastest Joe of these three, and also the most technical one, basically Karate Joe meets Melee (?). He can use the comboes from his game as well as the Hit 4. Baby he's a broken main.

Since I'm bored and people seem to like this one, gonna actually try and justify them all being in as different characters. A thread I guess
