ZZ Wheel of fortune can manipulate a car and make into a death trap for any foe against however there are flaws and heroes find it and defeat it. I love this about the series the heroes sometimes overpower there opponents but its mostly them using their brains to defeat them-
J.Geil aka Hanged Man is the man who killed Poinareff's sister he uses his stand to travel between reflection at light speed and if he kill you in the mirror he kills you for real. They have an awesome method of killing him
Rubber Soul has a very powerful defence but Jotaro figures out a way around it and beats the crap out him he begs him to stop and he'll give information for them and than tries to do a sneak Jotaro being clever counters and beats the crap out of him, his modelling career is over.
Devo the Cursed has a creepy Doll that he uses to kill people how it works is the doll is more lethal the bigger the grudge is the Devo has on someone, meaning he has to get them to hurt him in some way.
captain tennille is a jerk of course his stand is the first stand to need a certain environment to be active in order to work which is water even in the enemy's turf they defeat him. the crew was likely goons that he and Dio hired.
Roses a very loyal employee of Joestar Family he helps Joseph with Holly when her stand goes out control and starts killing her he and Joseph us the Speedwagon foundation to keep her alive till the defeat Dio.
Loggins and Messina help Lisa Lisa out with teaching and get them selves killed to show how dangerous the pillar men are.
wired beck a vampire under kars command and thats pretty much it I forget him that is something later parts will do better is there minor villains.
Tarkus another good one off villain in the first part they sure do love there giant muscle guys.
Poco doesn't really do much in the story but once helped Jonathan in battle surprised they don't bring his decedents into future parts and I don't think I'm probably wrong.
