I had the enormously fun task of drawing one of my all time favourite queens @TheGingerMinj for @_RyanDoherty_ on his birthday. A fabulous queen for my brutha from anotha mutha!
Another little A6 drawing on the go. Frustrated with my camera though as it looks much more orangey/russet irl. Whereas here it’s mostly brown
As is the yearly tradition of drag queens portraits, here is @JinkxMonsoon season 5 winner of #rpdr for @_RyanDoherty_. I loved doing this portrait. Gorgeous queen, gorgeous colours, gorgeous clothes! What’s not to love?
I need some creative input please. Since this design is meant for a ruby wedding anniversary, should I go with just an outline with the ruby comb or full colour roosters? Poll in the next tweet.
ROOSTERS! These were fun to draw and I think I’m happy with the expressions and layout. I’ve kept this pretty simple because I’ll be recreating them in either coloured pencils or watercolours. Haven’t decided yet.

Here’s the process video too, in case that takes your fancy mon ami 👨🏻
Ah thanks Natalie! I’ll tag @rowenaaitken @ElisabethNeveux @BikerScout but again, no pressure https://t.co/fviW2jLypR
#PetArtShare Just a few recent pet portraits. I’m better with colouring pencils than watercolours it would seem https://t.co/QiWCyzCQbq
@foxj028 The females don’t have as much brown on them, they’re more grey or fuller brown. Tree sparrows are similar colours but much more vibrant.
