There are so many things wrong with this image and it enrages me.

I think about the fact that Sonic once had a unique and creative take on a racing spin-off series with a Y2K futuristic techno aesthetic until SEGA decided to experiment with Microsoft’s shitty gimmick killing it off for good and reverting Sonic back into a generic kart racer.

What do you call this genre of box art?

I really REALLY hope someone out there makes a spiritual successor to Ape Escape, just like Banjo, Wario or classic Paper Mario.
