10: Flying: Yanma! I’m not too terribly into flying types. Nonetheless, my favorite Bug and Flying types are interchangeable. So I rolled a die and decided to put Yanma here. Not a too exciting Pokémon, but it is the favorite of my favorite Pokétuber, CandyEvie, so I like it now.

9. Ground: Seismitoad! This is an odd one for me. I’ve never used a Seismitoad in battle, nor have I considered it. But I love...its face. Especially in its Gen 6-8 model. Its shiny is also my second favorite after Qwilfish. Green and orange is a very nice color combination.

8. Poison: Qwilfish! A very obscure Johto Pokémon, Qwilfish is my favorite shiny Pokémon. You know me with my love of aesthetic differences, and while purple and pink are not my favorite colors, I believe they fit shiny Qwilfish extremely well.

6. Ice: Alolan Vulpix! With obvious influence from a certain warm flower, Vulpix takes the spot. I’ve never been too into Vulpix, it is pretty cute, but Vulpix’s Alola Form In the anime stole my heart. Lillie’s Vulpix, Snowy, is about as pure as she is, and I love them both.

5. Grass: The Chikorita line. Why? They’re probably the least useful and most controversial grass starters, and not overly cute. But, profanity. Before Pokémon GO had a name filter, I named a Chikorita...Twat. I’ve called them that almost always since, and let’s leave it at that.
