@TheSmileCEO It is indeed grief. And I’m so glad that you can sit with that feeling long enough to really feel it and name it. (((Hugs))) Nothing about this pandemic has been easy. Grief is a normal response to the loss of our “normal”.

I lost a baby and then walked into my classroom to teach as though nothing had happened, because my kids needed me. I lost my dad and then did a school play, because others were counting on me. Check in with friends who are doing “okay”. Many of us are just really good actors.
