@JanGHansen You deserve rest. Even if only in 20 minute increments, rest is beneficial. I listened to a Calm masterclass on rest. They included music, art, sports, and other activities that can induce a state of flow as a form of rest. It really helped me to reframe. :)

We can still love and mourn the loss of a parent who abused us, or the grandparent who caused irreparable harm to a loved one. Grief and loss are complicated. There is no “right” way to feel.
