My first creature for #Spectember is the Butcher Fowl, or Megagalli pogo ("big dagger fowl"). These descendants of feral chickens have become large predators, similar to secretary birds. Males are mostly solitary but females live and hunt together in small groups.

I'm reading AVOS: Darkest Night and got to the part where Twigpaw is comforting Finpaw about losing his tail. So I had to draw Finleap's tail hanging out with Berrynose's tail in Starclan! 😿 😅
