I took a moment from making shinies to fix up the title screen. I quickly realized that with my current one, too many people (understandably) think Red 2 is a Fire Red-universe game, when it's not. With Gen2-Kanto in mind, I crafted this cool little title screen. ✨

As new and fun as Pokemon Blue 2 is, it may often make you feel blue too. Maybe all you need is a vacation; playing in the sand, exploring the tropical environment and gazing across the deep blue too.

One concept I wanted to play with in Red 2 is the idea that since Red became both champion and savior of Kanto at age 10, he has developed a bit of an ego over the years. Your new rival, Lushu, is one of the few people who calls you out; in hopes to help you find some humility.

Did a bit of fanart of those funny little handy birbs by @moncrafty . I got to wondering, what if they were like knights or something. Still very hard to draw with a cast on, so this vague sketch is kinda the best I've got for now.

After escaping the unnamed evil team's secret base, you as the generic mute player, find yourself in a small clearing, unsure where to go next except forward.

Mapping left handed, with a mouse no less, is a pain in the ass- but overall, I make it work. 🤷‍♀️

I don't have a screenshot for #screenshotsaturday , but I do have a VS art. This is still my most creative trainer yet; the "Oniomaniac". It's a real word; someone with a compulsive shopping addiction. The design comes from the idiom to "pay an arm and a leg" for something. 💰
