I've seen some occasional Rattata slander when referring to my Route 1. It's gonna be awkward when they find out it is one of the weather-variants I had added for the game. 😅

Pokemon Red 2 has special variants, some are regional variants, but in this example, we have weather-based variants! As the temperature in north-western Kanto has gotten colder, local Pokemon have adapted to survive.

Here's two early-game examples I'm sure you're familiar with.

I may or may not have added a couple more wild encounters to Viridian Forest. Don't worry, I promise I did it in a way that feels balanced. 😅

Here are the starters for Pokemon Red 2! They're all regional variants of the Kanto starters, but were originally bred in Alola and then given to Prof. Oak as a gift to give to you.

Why is it that all my best character designs come from my smallest projects? These four characters are from a mini project called "Pokemon GS: A New Day" where you (the blue-hair guy) must solve some mysteries in Goldenrod City.

One of these days I'll finish a project. 😅

The last couple hours I've been making a new ship exterior-map. The one on the left is from the S.S. Anne from FRLG. I didn't use it because it barely looks good for what it's meant to be, so I made a new one from scratch! It's not perfect, but I am quite pleased with myself. 🥰

As promised, another Dreamless Pokemon from Pokemon Daydreamers; this time, one not from the demo. This Munna is pure Fairy type, but like Arceus, it has the potential to be multi-type. Unlike the official form, this Munna can't evolve, but it has higher stats than Musharna. ✨

Pokemon Daydreamers contains around 30 strange variants known as 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻. They come in a variety of unexpected types, for example, this Steel / Electric Mudbray, which may be found in the upcoming demo. What secrets might these strange Pokemon hold... 🧐

I had less energy than I thought I would today, so instead of mapping, I decided to work on the intro for Pokemon Daydreamers instead. Oh and hey, I picked out a name for the region; the Ventus Region! Well, that's enough work for one day. 😌

My game "Reunion" probably would have been ready for tomorrow, but I think I'll take the day to beta test instead. I added an additional character, to flesh out the game a bit more; the enigmatic younger brother of Cynthia, "Valerio". Scars on characters are such fun to draw! ✨
