Amazing Fantasy 14: "mutant" was used before in comics, but I find it fascinating how imo this story by Lee and Ditko led to the basic template of how mutants live in the Marvel universe. Fear, prejudices and a group of mutants working in secret to help humans.

Andrew Garfield is the only movie Spider-Man that has to live with the burden of Gwen's loss. So I hope (and pray) that Sony doesn't pair him up with Spider-Gwen if they choose to keep Andrew around for more projects. It just goes against both Peter's and Gwen's development.

8. Vampyr (1932): Dreyer's first sound film after The Passion of Joan of Arc. It still plays like a silent film, with minimal dialogue and sound. More emphasis on visuals and atmosphere.

Definitely more of an arthouse horror movie.
