Close-ups of two middle grade fantasy book cover illustrations, and a personal piece exploring a more "cartoon" inspired style for the same age group. 📚
Hello #PortfolioDay 🎨
I'm Evelyne Park, Swiss illustrator painting in watercolors and acrylics.
I work on tabletop and board games, create maps, and illustrate colorful fantasy book covers.
Open for new projects starting June!
The original painting flew/swam to a new home, but you can find prints of this Betta Dragon and other fish dragon pieces ✨🐉
Info in comments 🔻
March was a busy busy month! 🎨
Lots of digital work for clients, but also some book cover art and personal pieces in acrylics.
If you'd like to take a look at all my paintings of the month, I'd love to see you over on 🅿️atreㅇn ✨
@castlehavven I love how you use more abstraction and surreal colors in your newer work! 💛
I started painting fantasy characters December 2019 and had a lot of studying and practice to do! The switch from watercolors to acrylics also made a difference...
@aglyra It's been a while since I joined an artshare - thank you!
I'm Evy and I paint book covers, fantasy characters and creatures in acrylics 🎨🖌️
@andarateia I'm in the middle of an Inquisition playthrough and felt an urge to paint Morrigan during it...
I also like to sketch my Warden occasionally 🥰
Slowly added some warmth, though I still wanted her skin to be unnaturally pale.
All the colors used are in the first picture of this thread, plus Zinc White/Transparent Mixing White.
I... actually like how the nose turned out, for once! 😆
