Some creatures and creepy trees...
#VisibleWomen
I've worked as a botanical artist and would love to use my scientific background for fantastical plants and animals!

Thank you so much, everyone! 🙂
Here's all of them, finished... for some of these, I wish I'd stopped earlier - sometimes, less is more.

Hi #VisibleWomen
I'm Evelyne Park, a freelance science illustrator living in Korea. I've recently fallen (back) in love with fantasy art and hope to one day illustrate for TTRPG books.
For now, I experiment and paint everything I enjoy in watercolor and gouache.
Picture book illustration style...
I kind of want to push the background in a more realistic direction (I've got a background in scientific/botanical illustration) with some ink textures and lots of detailing. 👀🖋️

@afarifteh Hi! I'm Evelyne and the one and only thing to put on bread is almond butter.
I'm currently finishing a gouache painting and hope to draw some creatures next week!

This face changed a lot...
Do you know that feeling when you mess up your art? When you overwork it, or change something that then becomes hard or impossible to undo? 👀💦

A little art train - I'll be adding a theme to mine with some mushroom and forest pieces 🍄🌳✨

What kind of shop would you open in a fantasy world?
I'd definitely own a library or bakery. ✨
