Wally West is a pretty infamous example, while Barry is important for the Flash mythos Wally basically TIED everything together in the 90's and introduced the major themes Flash would be known for in modern times. It's honestly very easy to say Wally IS NOW more iconic then Barry
summoned to make sure she wasn't "lonely" for a 1000 years guarding it from Martian invaders and the like and to help preserve human history. He gets about 2 Tommy's and later showed up in the main GOTG run as a supporting character just wish they made him a little more unique.
This team didn't last long at all, and only had one back up, Face thief I think is kind of neat as this Japaneses monster with a unique artistic flair to him so 2.5 Tommy's from me just not much done.
so I decided to be fair and READ ALL 27 ANNUALS to talk about obscure Marvel characters, and also say if DC is going to get dinged for Bloodlines Marvel should too.....but there are differences with this.
this is honestly one of the darker power sets in marvel
"Oh don't you know, my bad luck powers are fueled by war victims...."
no I did, now tell me what the fandom isn't absolutely into shipping wars, romance, drama and other soap opera moments. Personally I think some X-men creators rely too much on that metaphor and often miss the characters work fine without GOING too hard into it. https://t.co/rjv2l7Namd
The character has been around since the 2000s and she started out as a replacement for May as Spider-girl...that didn't work out because reasons but she did get the mantle later and has always at best been a cult character
............oh for the love of god Superman could be killed by a train in the golden age. His creators never really meant him to be god. https://t.co/5nKNRp9Bwo
no and it's probably Synapse. She's a generic psychic character and who the fuck cares. Swordsman at least is a good point of drama for various characters.
