Fact #72: There is an unused Cleopatra zombie in PvZ 2 who would act like a disco zombie from pvz 1 and spawn 4 mummy zombies around her

She is also used in Plants vs Zombies: All-Stars

The Furrow or Ramsey Mech was an egyptian themed mech that was suited for the Toxic Imp, as it shot out poisonous gases.

In the game files of plants vs zombies garden warfare 2,There's an unused mech and imp called "WolfAndPup" That was supposed to be a boss hunt boss because it had more than 3 abilities.its was also called the Renegade imp.

In the files of Plants vs. Zombies GW1, there's unused models and textures for the Robot Imp and Gargantuar Prime from Far Future. The Gargantuar was probably excluded as there were already 2 Gargantuar bosses in the game.
