@moriirinn No prob! Art programs can be so complicated, so it’s good to have some help around. I’ve been having some fun lately using textures and brushes for a watercolor look.
Here’s a piece I recently finished of characters by @kalematsuba that’s based on a Ranma 1/2 cover. I had to change stuff a little because of the height disparity for which character I chose for which spot. #1989nk
@futurexhope Here’s some! Getting more into digital watercolor lately.
Did an Anasui digital painting based on a David Lee Roth pose, since I couldn’t exactly do a redraw of the Diver Down cover. I based the palette on the Araki’s-specified SAS figure, including the fact that he seems to have bleached eyebrows or something? That part perplexed me.
I decided to try out a DTIYS challenge by @watermeloncults and I tried to change up the layout a bit this time (helps that the 500 wasn’t required; might have been cool to have written it with some fireworks if there had been more room). First time drawing Doppio. #TrashBabyDTIYS
I decided to try out the DTIYS by @farlaka and it was an interesting challenge! I had fun trying out new things. #jjba #dtiys #risottonero
Did a somewhat loose digital painting of Polnareff yesterday. I had already posted it on instagram, but took until today to do a little resizing for here. His pose is based on the Statue Legend figure and I tried out a default palette list for fun on Procreate. #polnareff
I finished a Draw This in Your Style challenge put forth by @chocomorphox and I think it came out pretty good. It’s mostly watercolor, gouache, and gel pen.
Those Grateful Dead eyes are fun to paint. #jjba #JOJOsBizzareAdventure #chocodtiys
