4. Same character design different outfit, Hunchback of Notre Dame:

The three Characters behind the archdeacon in the hunchback of Notre Dame in the scene, before the Hellfire Scene, have the same head as the Archdeacon.
This was probably done to make things faster and easier.

5 times Disney used #animation tricks to make animating easier and faster, and cheaper.

We artists can all learn a thing or 2 from these tricks.
