Aceranguis are foul-tempered snakes from Chroma that are covered in spikes and glittering scales. Their venom is corrosive and acidic, melting muscle and organ tissue directly instead of just killing cells.

They're also known to spray their venom and actively chase threats.

Lightcatchers are colorful dragons found on Chroma. They hunt by refracting the sun through their wings, blinding prey long enough for the Lightcatcher to swoop down and carry their meal off, dropping it from a great height to deal the killing blow.

The Wendistrix is a creature I made for @Protochroma, based on both the Wendigo (a Native American folklore creature) and the barn owl.

Though they have terrifying appearances and eating habits, they're actually quite intelligent and non-aggressive to researchers.

I did a little more work on that fake region map. Now with some small color tweaks and shadows under the routes~

Agaphyll's final form is Forvolan which finally gains the Dragon typing and is an apex predator in dense forests. During the day, it glides and climbs up to the tallest treetops and basks for hours, soaking up solar energy with its large frill, and then hunts in the evenings.
