Limited to 10 values with index colors, helps me think about design over rendering. I was thinking of Batman and Bloodborne for the design

I really enjoy these mirrored sketches, so quick and fun to do. Pretty satisfied with the detail/rendering. The horns ended up pretty cool.

Wanted to make a robot but ended up with Admiral Ackbar in a space suit. I like those big glassy eyes though.

At some point this started looking like a some actor from a buddy cop film. Can't quite remember who...

I swear this looked more badass in my mind. Ended up with a salad monster. Didn't really plan this out too well. o.O

Ended up with this werewolfy dude as a 1 hour sketch today.

Bit of linework for some variety. So rusty with my drawing skills, took forever to make. Had some Titanfall 2 mechs as ref, great designs

Spent a bit of time browsing inspiration before starting today and this happened. Color swatches in the top right are all the colors I used

Picked 3 colors + black/white, and derived everything else from those by mixing on canvas. The usual color muddiness is absent :o

Made my flow brush flat square, and all of a sudden I'm in chunky brush heaven and I didn't want to stop :D
