I made some froggy emotes for my twitch channel and discord as an excuse to learn Inkscape. Sketching out in pixel art and tracing in vectors works really well. I love the amount of control you get. Thinking froggy is probably my favorite 🤔
Some comfy Saturday frog painting with impressionism brushes in Krita. Really difficult to control. I ended up smudging everything together to smooth it out a bit, but I feel like that might have been besides the point 🤔
After a week of refactoring on the world project taking build times from minutes to seconds I feel confident in continuing with the rest of it. The entrance is still white boxes so I sketched out a mental image I've had for it. Needs more iteration 🤔
Another weekend painting. This time a bear because it's been a while since I painted one. These natural media emulating paintings are fun to make as a change from all the 3D during the week. Doesn't look as much like real watercolor this time, maybe too much opaque painting 🤔
Saturday mood... 😴
Krita's watercolor brushes are pretty nice. Hard to use though. Never really practiced traditional media in real life but I really like how it looks. 🦥💤
Tried out @Krita_Painting new charcoal brushes and canvas template with a customary weekend froggo. Tons of fun, so much texture! No mess either :)
Download the brushes here and try for yourself :o https://t.co/rzUFRADmmz
Frog body building world champion now rigged and weight painted. Having went through this a fair few times I feel like I sorta got the hang of it now. Can't wait to add some textures 🐸
Taking it easy with a seal painting and Animal Crossing New Leaf OST today 😴
I felt a special connection towards one of my frog doodles today, so I turned it into a 3D animation 🐸
