Wario has been all of these things for forever, it's really more how it's portrayed and I still think Wario Land did it the best.

Wario's car shows up a lot in WarioWare media.

Always happy to see it pop-up, having it around, even with the Bike being Wario's main vehicle for the series, is one of those little things that helps to make Wario Land and WarioWare feel more connected.
