It's interesting that Arc Sys games tend to have one dedicated big body grappler and a few pseudo-grapplers, while Capcom games (or SF anyway) tend to have a few big body grapplers.
I have a theory that it's harder to design multiple big body grapplers for anime games (cont.)

Playing XRD again, and as much as I hate fighting Nago for being obnoxious, at least he doesn't have a god damn DP HE CAN CANCEL ON BLOCK
Also on the topic; this probably going to be a hot take, but I don't think Green Hand is that great. It's weird thematically (Gief generates energy for one attack?) and I don't even remember it being that good at beating fireballs outside of SF4 EX Green Hand.

I am convinced that Flick is the greatest anti-projectile move for a grappler in the history of fighting games
Most other ones are boring "goes through projectiles" or "deletes projectiles", but Flick does more
