Got 10 hours of sleep for the first time in months. Trying to rest my body a bit

And basically, what put me in the hospital is that I had been having strong palpitations for the past two days, went to a clinic to get an abnormal EKG, they almost called an ambulance for me and they've been monitoring my heart all day and blood pressure and doing blood/tests.

So the biggest advice I can give is to just visualize your skills like a physical body. You are putting your passion into this body and building the muscles up over time. These muscles feed on creativity, investment, sacrifice and so on and you can keep powering it up over time.

I've made shitty songs, and the best way to get over a bad song/video is to just make another. Getting too emotionally invested into it stalls you out. Besides, even if it's bad, someone out there likes it and you just need to be focused on having more wins than losses.

Prepping to go to the doctor. Gonna bring up this heart business and get a check-up following my dads heart attack/learning about my families history of heart disease as I had some heart issues toward the end of last year/start of 2020. Been putting it off, now to handle business

If something brings you joy, don't let others' opinions deplete you of that happiness.

About to finish up another song this week and meet my deadline. Gotta thank @PeachyMizz since I'm about to speed blitz through an original of mine since I don't have to think as much about the structure and just be creative. So hopefully I can start bursting out more music now.

Kind of glad I got sick. I needed to spend some time distancing myself from my social media and music. Learning some new stuff and trying some experiments and hitting my new tracks hard.

Somedays I really wish I could spin the clock back 5-8 years ago. I don't care much to live in 2020 anymore and feeling nostalgic/sad for those times. Just feels like I'm in some bad nightmarish dystopia and I'm waiting to wake up from this hell and stress.
