The pair are just too good at what they do. Especially Ishimoto being a key animator, then becoming a Chief AD on the Rohan OVA's. Bloody brilliant

@Ethanb5610 @shonenjump The physical releases take too long. Spain started releasing JoJo from part 1 in 2018 and they're nearly on SBR. I really don't understand why VIZ don't release chapters digitally and then dripfeed with physical volumes. It's also a shame with how sloppy/lazy the editing is. 😐

@ChristoDuPless6 @TheGoldenSmurf Series I'll use as an example is JJBA. You had the old OVA adaptations with tight budgeting and small amounts of teams. And now with the anime there's dozens of teams and people for pretty much anything related to designing. 2016 had 0 of this, just 1-2 model sheet per character.

@ChristoDuPless6 @TheGoldenSmurf Honestly not even the 2D animation is consistent in 2016. The Art direction sucks and most of it they just traced and made it a panning/non-moving shot. The piece I've ever only been infatuated by is image 1. The rest just sucks, example:

I can't scan the Production Book for awhile until I get a heat gun so here's the 1997 anime posters I cleaned. And a few bonuses from the 2001 DVD Case with re-used but sorta unseen art as well.
