a. 50% proximal = sublux
b. 100% = dislocation
c. 50% distal ≠ sublux/dislocation
2. Ulnar arm tear does not produce sublux/dislocation
3. Index & little finger there may be divergent dislocation

•We tend to forget that pubic bones have secondary ossification centers and are subject to the same trauma/stress-related injuries as other pelvic bones.
•They fuse quite late.
•Growth plate thickening/edema and separation/avulsion may be found.

The dorsal capsular tear is part of the spectrum of injuries that we can find in the metacarpophalangeal sprains of the thumb. Suspect it and look for it if you see palmar subluxation of the proximal phalanx. #mskrad #mskradiology #radiology #medart
