For my own opinion, I think if scaled to the same size, AniGoji is not invincible to other Godzilla.
As example, at 100 meter class FW Godzilla could discover the weakness and overpower with strength, MogeGoji or Burning Godzilla would overwhelm the shield with heat ray, etc.

By the way...
Director Dougherty said the goal was to resemble 'Book of Revelation', 'Ten Commandments' (1956), image of apocalypse, terror, majesty, etc.
He did well! But still, even today with no CG, Daimajin is unsurpassed!
