Started out cloning the classics. Think the first one I ever did was a Break Out clone? Made knock-offs of Space Invaders, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Super Sprint, even a very basic scrolling beat 'em up, but the first one I was really proud of was Toadtris https://t.co/peiSMrOktC

@NekoNecroDev If you want some more Turrican esque stuff try Xain'd Sleena (AKA SolaR-warrior Planet Venus) or Act Fancer Cybernetick. Also Aligator Hunt is a sort of Cabal clone with exceptional music. Not sure about the Rastan thing maybe try Big Karnak by Data East

Working on a bit of my Double Dragon fan game, Bimmy Mode B. I've had to colour the base Bimmy sprite in an odd way so players can select different colour schemes. This 'Master' sprite sort of has the same style Bimmy had in the NES version of Battletoads Double Dragon

I honestly love Moonstone so much. Still play it regularly. Never owned an Amiga as a kid so nostalgia has nothing to do with it. It's just a brutal, funny, cool merger of video game & table-top play styles. Great pass-the-pad multiplayer for parties

Finally settled on the character for the prototype demo. Yup it's generic nekkid guy

It's funny, but when you see a colourised picture of the Creature from the Black Lagoon he just looks like he's having the best time
