Tron Bonne in MVC2 is probably the main reason I love the character so much. She's very solid and while not top tier, she's still pretty fun to use.

Cerebella from Skullgirls is one of those "Grapplers but with lots of tools" characters that makes her pretty viable in a lot of areas. She's certainly one of my favorites to play
