I did enjoy messing about with the gouache - vastly preferable to oil or acrylic for me. Need to stop trying to do washes and layers as if it were watercolor. Love the smooth colors and creaminess of the paint.

A burrowing owl harpy, inspired from #MarchMonsterMadness. Adore some harpies, and put a lot of love into her, but after a week of chipping away I definitely hit the point of just wanting to get it done.
