A delightful, briskly-paced 95 minutes of whimsical, yet sincere and earnest tribute to Hollywood and all the dreams it houses, and to the wonderful art of filmmaking itself.

A complete triumph, I think this might be one of those "perfect" films.

2. Spider-Man: No Way Home
I still think going with a Multiverse route is such a weird way to move forward MCU Peter's story arc and is very tonally uneven, but the high moments are lovely and entertaining enough to bring warmth to my pessimist heart. Very fun.

The flute creatures are *annoying* but somehow I love fighting the Okami Warriors?

Love the design and the dance-like fighting movements, deflecting them is a lot of fun.

All of them are amazing, but Wolfwalkers is the standout. It fits my Doraemon Movies loving soul to a T in a sense not only it's an entertaining work for all ages, but also artistically not to sneeze at.

Those folks are some of the most exciting creative voices in the industry.

Me and the boys having the sorest of the sore throats after reenacting the Putang Ina Optimum Pride Woo oo oookh Eee eee eeekkh video last night.

Sometimes I think about how this film has same writer as Cowboy Bebop, GitS: S.A.C., Samurai Champloo, Eureka Seven, Ergo Proxy, Space Dandy, and Resident Evil Revelations, among other things.
