I think I’ve mentioned it before that my initial idea with Himiko was to build a horrible character out of fanon Shou tropes, but it just struck me that if Himiko is fanon Shou but worse, then Satsune is fanon Ritsu but worse.

(also I love Satsune’s hair, it’s so versatile)

So @ArtificeBlade came up with this gorgeous spirit/oracle character for a story she’s fiddling with and I had to draw her because she’s everything I love - Badass old lady energy! Unnaturally tall and bony anatomy! Bright colors! Her TOENAILS!!

Baby Fukuda and Kosuke! I have a lot of headcanons about Fukuda’s powers but a big one is that he auto-heals himself. It means never getting sick or wounded for more than a moment, but it also means if you step in a pile of glass, the skin’s gonna heal with the glass still inside

Sohda: Higashio's former... assistant? Can definitely out-pickpocket him. Nice guy but very short-sighted. Is an esper but can only do very low-level cryokinesis. Like, he'd cool your drinks for you!

Eugh, Himiko’s parents are so obnoxious but I made them look like halfway reasonable people. Yuka has three older sisters, all of them shifty, but her dad is a champ. And lastly, Satsune’s parents are... not good.

Thank you @FSparkycakes for reminding me that looking at Darumaka is like injecting serotonin straight into my brain. My favorite chicken nugget.
