I decided to paint this sketch of @incrediblyaveragejoe that I started a while back during a virtual session with @bareagency. I love the drama and sass he brought to this pose.

This composition was developed from the last figure drawing session I was able to do in person before Covid hit.

Crawling toward another season in quarantine, but that means I’m spending almost all my time in the studio these days. Finished this painting yesterday and I’m really pleased with it.
