Essay #4: "What do you think about Satsuki entrusting Ryuko with Bakuzan at the end of the Raid trip?"

Essay #3: "Ryuko’s chair-throwing sequence here is a wonderful bit of animation. And while I love that so many people have acknowledged this, I think it’s just as important to understand WHY it’s as good as it is."

A summation of my recent #KilllaKill BS: https://t.co/z0ZJYDztjD
It's 2019, and I'm still salty about all of this.
But, like, seriously. #PleaseStopSenketsuIsRyukosDadTheories2k19
Please? It's so unfair to Sen.
The other reasoning was that Senketsu probably has Isshin's soul in him and is like Ryuko's dad.
And, of course, there's nothing I disagree with more when it comes to Kill la Kill talk.
But if I haven't been convincing enough yet, don't these say a lot about their relationship?
Also, for all the #KilllaKill essays I've written, I don't think there's anything I've written about more than my utter disagreement with the popular "Senketsu is Ryuko's dad!" theory.
My best and most concise post on the matter is probably this one: https://t.co/85OWSV94EZ
...and characters like Mako ship them like there's no tomorrow...
But Senketsu? Aside from a quick moment with Satsuki in the end credits for episode 24, I believe that he's the ONLY one Ryuko actively initiates physical contact with. There isn't any other person that Ryuko feels more at home with.
Heck, volume 9's cover art says it all.
#KilllaKill ask on Tumblr: "Did Gamagoori really kill that student from the first episode?"
Honestly, I really don't know....

After all, there's a reason that the two wrapped in a tender embrace—presumably about to Synchronize and become one—serves as the cover art for the show's final volume. There's a reason that the series wants you to take that away from its 25 episodes, more than anything else.
