DOOM: Eviternity (PC)

This 32-map DOOM wad with all new textures, new music, new enemies, new final boss has become my new favorite DOOM game of all-time. It's THAT good! I really hope we get a physical PC big box release for this one day!

River City Girls (NSW)

WayForward does it again with amazing gameplay, absolutely mind-blowing pixel art, an insanely awesome OST, hilarious dialogue and endearing characters. This is definitely one of the best Beat'em ups ever!...Also, Misako is best girl!

This takes Turrican and essentially improves upon it in every aspect. It feels like a remake in the best possible way with music and SFX that compliment the stunning graphics and unique gameplay. I love when devs tackle more unique sub-genres

An awesome take on the always reliable Smash TV formula, with some stellar graphics and gameplay, this game definitely scratches my 2D arena shooter itch. It's especially impressive considering I normally don't like twin-stick shooters
