I hope people don't think I'm cheating by picking the same character twice, but I just love her spring outfit, it has such a great design, just look at it, very cute and stylish.

I'm gonna be honest, I really don't have a concrete answer as to why I like this design a lot, I just do lol, Sharena is cute, I also like the little soft pink tips on her hair.

20.- Labrys (Persona 4 Arena: Ultimax)

This design is absolute fire. Blue-grey hair, intense red eyes, a ponytail, big axe that also works as a jetpack, on top of looking absolutely cute on Yasogami High's summer uniform, what's not to like?

18.- Pandoria (Xenoblade Chronicles 2)

I wanna clarify that I haven't fully played Xenoblade Chronicles 2, having said that, I love Pandoria's design, look at her, she looks so cute.

17.- Makise Kurisu (Steins;Gate)

Kristina! Ok seriously, Kurisu's design is neat, I like how she looks both serious and cute, which makes her dorky moments so much better, being somewhat formal but also a little messy with her attire, plus red hair ❤️.

15.- Elphelt (Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator)

Elphelt second design is great, I think it embodies the "bride" theme she has going on so much better than the first version, especially because it looks on par with the rest of the cast, also I freaking love her hat.

14.- Jack-O Valentine (Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator)

Of course Jack-O would be on this list, another character that can pull off looking both cute and sexy, has long multicolored hair, a fun personality, great outfit (love the halo as well) and the best part, making people ragequit

13.- Neopolitan (RWBY)

Somehow they managed to make ice cream look hot lol. In all seriousness, I think she has the best design in the show, is elegant, classy, goes perfectly with her sassy personality and the combination of colors is on point. Really love this design.

11.- Zelda (Skyward sword)

Her skyward sword version is still my favorite Zelda, both in personality and design, I just love that outfit and how well it complement Zelda's cheerful and active personality.
