Here's something else I was expecting in MGS V: a controllable MG (like Rex in MGS 4) that you can customize (like in MGS PW).
The game design being roughly the same than MGS V, you could deploy it whenever you want, but it's just as expensive as it's effective.

Ocelot here became head of USSR KGB field operations, with a more ambiguous role than ever.
Miller is roughly the same than in MGSV (though injured by the bombing instead of tortured).
