Miller is roughly the same than in MGSV (though injured by the bombing instead of tortured).

Here's the start of a serie of MGS fanarts based on a synopsis I've written, called "MGS 5 Ourobor0s", replacing the story of MGSV (which I didn't like).
It serves as a great exercise too :)
