Conan duels with his son Conn for the fate of both themselves and their Kingdom. Writer Jason Aaron, Artist Mahmud Asrar, Colorist Matthew Wilson: The sequences of Conan and Conn are some of the best written Conan comics I’ve ever read. 4.5/5

Shang-Chi makes a deal with Chieftain Xin for the release of his mother. Writer Gene Luen Yang, Artist Marcus To, Colorist Sunny Gho: The new arc is off to a banging start. I’m a big fan of the new art team Marcus To and Sunny Gho. 4/5

Jack of Hearts has crashed in Jen’s apparent and now she has to figure out what to do with him. Writer Rainbow Rowell, Artist Rogê Antônio, Colorist Rico Renzi: I’m happy Lawyer Jen/Shulkie are back, but I hope this doesn’t turn into a JoH mini-series. 3.5/5
