Midori-Impuls, is known throughout Europe for esoteric releases, especially from Japan, but their most interesting quirk is collaboration with Japanese mangaka, like Shintaro Kago, to produce ridiculously vibrant, fun cover artwork for their releases!
The amazing @Kitahara_kou is a Japanese artist and illustrator - designing extravagant covers for film promotions. Fortunately, his success has afforded leeway to experiment in his own personal projects such as horror with yokai or the playful depiction of schoolgirls.
For fans of Japanese folklore, oftentimes morbid, the artist and scholar @matthewmeyerart is somebody we highly recommend to follow - they have done an amazing service to materialise these #yokai tales fantastically in a rich way. He has several informative picture books, too!
