I’ve not posted anything like this before ! Alberto Seveso puts Ink into water /oil and photographs it very quickly underwater as they disperse. They are very beautifully set against a black background. ( some aren’t)

Ive had fun trying to research this one! I really liked the feel of the piece. Oilette, as it is signed in the right hand corner was Raphael Tuck who was a business man in London who started selling pictures and greetings cards . Later postcards of which this is one

I wanted to begin today with paintings by Carl Larsson (Swedish artist 1853- 1919) but some I took down were disappointingly blurry. These are all fine. Loved his style since the early 1970s when the first book came out.
‘30 Mile Point Lighthouse’ by James Mann. American Watercolour painter. I love to see lighthouses. If you would like to see more, Peter Heard the English artist specialises in painting them. They don’t fit right here sizewise but they are lovely . Name in google will find
