Another Bertha Lun Woodblock. I was a little surprised when I realised how long I’ve been posting art, I’d been going quite a while in 2015 about 10 months I think . This one flows beautifully .

Ive had fun trying to research this one! I really liked the feel of the piece. Oilette, as it is signed in the right hand corner was Raphael Tuck who was a business man in London who started selling pictures and greetings cards . Later postcards of which this is one

Good Morning.
I wanted to begin today with paintings by Carl Larsson (Swedish artist 1853- 1919) but some I took down were disappointingly blurry. These are all fine. Loved his style since the early 1970s when the first book came out.
