@ToluPopoola5 well they're both 15, so yeah. Hell, the U.S. version of Jam calls Sonic 16, with the Japanese one saying he's either 15 or 16, so if anyone's older it's classic Sonic, though that doesn't make much sense considering Adventure canonically follows 3K
@huttaburger I would have posted a higher quality scan of 56, but the reprint kinda muted the colours and I dunno how much I like that
Hold up. In IDW #12, where Eggman gets his memories back, a flashback shows Metal's completion. Metal debuted in CD, yet Eggman takes on his modern appearance.
So are classic and modern just aesthetics after all (as they should be) or different dimensions? Pick one, dammit!
@huttaburger I'd probably give you a completely different set depending on which day of the week you asked because there's so many great ones, but rn I'll say these
@UltimaShadowX New Chainsaw Man fans after the anime drops VS veterans tired of this shit
@Mr__Cynical I always thought KLK was pretty overt with that theme.
And The Sonic OVAs are really fantastic microcosms of the games as an ideal that the games themselves rarely live up to, which have blatant themes of deadly individualism. Highly recommend it even if you aren't a Sonic fan.
@Daily_MetalS Knux and Metal's poses are exactly the same as Sonic and Metal's from CD's Japanese cover
