Haha seems I couldn't resist drawing Lilycove after all. I think Joangeli screaming about how her boys are gonna do great whilst having them both in a choke hold is prolly my favorite panel so far. It's so my energy. I cherish them!

Surprise surprise! @dotzines Organized a Pokemon x Animal Crossing Zine to celebrate the release of #AnimalCrossingNewHorizons and I was part of it!
It was pretty fun to draw a bunch of cute creatures chillin' AC Style! The zine will be available for download in 2 days now!

Lilycove!!! This is actually where this character is from, so now you get to meet his other mom, Joangeli. She researches the mirage spot phenomenon in the Hoenn region. Also she's a pokemon ranger, 'cause their cool!

It's been awhile since I just doodled somethin' for this huh.

Its been the hottest of moments since I've drawn a new character. Even longer since I've done any sort of creature design. I should get back into it, this was fun and good practice.

Mountain Pyre. Does anyone else think of these areas as levels? Like if pokemon were a linear 2D brawler, All the routes would be their own level and this would totally be one big 3 stage level.

On of the few comparisons I found to be interesting enough to post. Start vs. Finish!

What next beyond Fortree City? A route laced with tall grass, puddles and familiar faces, until, suddenly? This mysterious white pokemon you've never seen before appears; Absol. What's more, it just started whipping up a whirlwind.

This pokemon made the ULTIMATE impression on me

Finally made it to Fortree City 😩👌! I always remember Winona's Altaria would sweep my team w/ dragon dance + aerial ace.

Bit of a bummer that most gym teams get neutered in the remakes compared to emerald. But goodness their new battle environments are so cool and inspiring!
