Still far too early to decide, but there is something really nice about crisp pixel textures in 3D.
Had a pretty rough evening due to ear issues, but was determined to do something productive so I modelled and textured a pixely crate.
I really like it!
Here's a little sneak peak of some concept art for a feathery character who will be appearing in Tobin's Tale. Say hello to Otus!
He likes travelling and snoozing during the day.
Art by the wonderful @artoferin
Alright, I know what you really want to talk about...
Blender origins.
Oh yeah. Hot topic. Is there a way to have Blender 2.8 just keep origins centered automatically so I don't have to do this all the time?
It might sound a bit silly, but this is a time where I've found having artwork like this has really helped.
Because when I look at it, I'm reminded that even though things have suddenly got a lot harder, I can push my thoughts towards this wonderful character and world.
Calling those who use Blender 2.8, are there any new batch FBX export options I should know about? In 2.79 I was using an fantastic add-on called FBX Bundle which worked great but is tailored for older features like groups.
#Inktober2019 day 11 - 'Snow'
Getting back on track after yesterday's little break (very much needed).
It's nice to dream sometimes.
Who knows. Maybe one day @artoferin & @Waltjan9!
#Inktober2019 day 5 - 'Build'
Not quite sure this really feels like 'build' to me, but here we have a cat wizard conjuring (building) colour into the world.
Whooooosh!
I hope you're having a wonderful day.
