Viktor is one of those League champions who very often are misinterpreted both in-universe and out of it as well.
Additional mix-up of his original and new lore among fans gives a distorted picture of the character's motivations.

This is a piece I drew back in 2015, Viktor cosplaying as Thresh, while Watchbot pretended to be a soul.
This is my old design of living Thresh but this was for his lore before it got retconned - while he was still an insane jailer who then got killed by his inmates.
He'd tangle chains in his hair to make the *click-click* noise while walking, all to instill fear as much as he coul
Never-ending amount of WIPs, this is so sad! But at least Viktor is the cool disinterested, slightly older guy archetype in every fantasy anime
