Wuḍūʾ (Arabic: الوضوء ) or Wuzu is
an Islamic ritual purification/cleaning or ablution performed before the prayers or Reading Holy Quran.
Wudu involves washing the hands, mouth, nostrils, arms, head and feet with water and is an important part of ritual purity in Islam.
