Copen's Bullit-Shift form in Luminous Avenger iX 2 is quite a different design, but it seems as if this new look was inspired by concept art for his appearance in Azure Striker Gunvolt 2! Notably, compare the designs of his main weapon and his back thrusters.

In Dragon: Marked for Death, the Bandit is capable of using a variety of different attacks using their Relics. Interestingly, the pose the Bandit strikes when using the Fire Relic seems to be directly referenced in one of Copen's EX Weapons in Luminous Avenger iX 2.

The original Gal*Gun received two different boxarts: One for its initial launch on Xbox 360 in 2011, and one for its PlayStation 3 release in 2012.

To date, the only other Inti Creates game to have done anything similar to this was the Azure Striker Gunvolt Striker Pack.

Following up on yesterday's post, the conflict between Copen and Gunvolt is directly influenced by the Chinese idiom of the Tiger and Dragon, originating from Buddhism. The Tiger (Copen) is more aggressive and quick, while the Dragon (GV) is patient and considered.

The Buster Shot used by Zero in the Mega Man Zero series, originally wielded by Milan. Concept art shows that the Z-Saber slots into the top of the weapon; Normally the Buster Shot only fires standard shots, but with the Z-Saber it becomes capable of firing Charge Shots.
