Rospark's stage in Mega Man ZX Advent, the Tower of Verdure, is vertically-oriented, based on a growing plant where you climb the stalk upward to progress.

At the plant's base, amongst the roots and growths, you can spot the decaying body of Wire Sponge from Mega Man X2.

More of a bonus and most likely not intentional at all but, comparing the artwork of Major Nouno (typo earlier!!!) to the key artwork for Asimov from Azure Striker Gunvolt shows they bear slight similarities in posing and design.

Major Nound from Speed Power Gunbike wears an outfit with a design and color scheme eerily similar to Phantom from the Mega Man Zero series. Funny enough, Nound's vehicle is also labelled as an "X" type machine.

Alongside having a similar visual design and color scheme, RAY in Mighty No. 9 shares some similarities in artwork to Zero in the Mega Man Zero games

The boss of Area Zero in Mega Man Zero 4, "Carnage Force 0", was built from ancient blueprints according to its database entry. This is extremely likely to be a reference to the intro stage boss from Mega Man X2, known as "CF-0", which was mass produced and shares a similar fight

In Mega Man Zero 2, the Guardians are capable of undergoing a transformation into more powerful forms, known as the "Armed Phenomenon". This exact term would later become commonplace in the Azure Striker Gunvolt series to refer to Adepts weaponizing their bodies for combat.

Gal*Gun Double Peace introduced the Kamizono sisters Maya and Shinobu, who are both so-called "demon hunters". Their last name and hunting profession paralell that of Copen Kamizono, the Adept Hunter from the Azure Striker Gunvolt.

Two robot masters in Mega Man 9, Tornado Man and Splash Woman, are strikingly similar in appearance to Sage Harpuia and Fairy Leviathan from the Mega Man Zero series.
