both vriska and terezi know each other all to well so they're both completely aware of the game being played here, it's very "i know u know that i know that u know" etc.

the only real question in this scenario is "can terezi back up her threat and actually kill vriska"

so big fuckin surprise vriska manipulated the coin flip with her luck powers so that she could leave, terezi knew vriska would do this bcuz ofc she would so terezi's plan all along was to just kill vriska with the coin flip being basically just a formality

"the inconclusive should not be confused with the uncertain" is such a goddamn good line, and it fits extremely well into this story where so much is left unspoken

anyway terezi's coin is gonna be up in the air for a hot minute cuz i'm out of screencaps now so that's the end for this chunk

next time things are gonna get fucking weird.... and potentially very stupid......

vriska thinks it's dumb for terezi to try and beat vriska in a game of luck, but terezi's got pl4ns...

she knows all of this bcuz she is the SEER OF MIND, which means it's time to talk about CLASSPECT THEORY!!!!!

a seer, well, SEES her aspect, or sees WITH her aspect, and terezi's aspect is ofc MIND

all this forces terezi to accept the truth that vriska is not responsible for the murders and that the evidence for gamzee's guilt has been right under her nose all along

terezi confronts vriska on the roof, and shout out to this face vriska makes when she detects terezi's presence, it's cute

also as a brief aside, the summoner is said to have grown butterfly wings that were so rare for trolls, especially of his low blood rank, that they were the stuff of legend

what's interesting to me is that while tavros never got butterfly wings of his own, someone else did...
