turns out it's the color of human blood, which makes karkat a HUGE FREAK!!!!!!!! and he's self-conscious about it

speaking of mr. white text, here he is! doc scratch. he's very serious and imposing but also kinda silly cuz he just has a fuckin white orb for a head

anyway apparently lord english and the apocalyptic demon feasting on the corpse of a dead universe are one and the same

homestuck using its CHARACTERIZATION WIZARDRY here to paint a picture of a guy who's clearly unambiguously a shithead, but u at least get WHY he does the shithead things he does, and it makes him just pathetic enough that an eventual redemption arc is a POSSIBILITY
